Policies & TERMS

RATES

Rates are per room per night single or double occupancy.  State and local lodging taxes totaling 11.7% will be added to the room rate. Rates are subject to change without notice. A two-night minimum stay may be required. 

EXTRA PERSON

Rates is based on single or double occupancy. Add $30 to the room rate for each additional adult.  Children 12 and under can be accommodated free of charge in their parents' room.  Cots can be requested for an additional charge.

DEPOSIT

A deposit equal to one night's room charge is required at the time of booking. A credit card must be presented at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be received by 4pm, 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid first night penalty. All other cancellations are charged a $25 handling/cancellation fee per room. Any change in reservation dates is considered a cancellation.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is 4pm. If you require an arrival earlier than 4pm and you prefer immediate access to you room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. There can be no earlier check-in than 4pm. 

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is 11am.  We ask that you respect our 11am check-out time, as we need time to prepare our accommodations for incoming guests.  Should you have a late departure, luggage storage may be requested through the Front Desk.

POOL AND FITNESS CENTER

In our exclusive partnership with the YWCA guests are allowed complimentary access during their normal business hours.

SMOKE FREE HOTEL

Garrison Inn is a smoke free establishment.   Violators will incur a $200 per day fine. 

 PETS

Pets must be registered at the time of check-in for $30 per night. Violators will incur a $200 per day cleaning fee.

DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY 

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
