Hotel Policies

Rates
Rates are per room per night single or double occupancy, and do not include gratuities.  State and local lodging taxes totaling 9.7% will be added to your room.  Rates are subject to change without notice.  A two night minimum stay may be required.  Holiday or Festival rates may apply.

Guest Services
Please note a 2% Guest Services Fee is not reflected in the above rates.  Our Guest Services are reserved for our guests only.  This includes services such as but not limited to; Wireless High Speed Internet, Pool & Fitness Center, Daily Newspaper, Continental Breakfast and Parking.

Extra Person

Add $20 to the room rate for each additional adult.  Children 12 and under can be accommodated free of charge in their parents' room.  Cribs and Cots can be reserved for $30 a night.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be received by 4PM, 3 days prior to expected arrival date.  If cancellation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.  All other cancellations are charged a $25 cancel fee.  There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather, and as such we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Check-In
Check-in time is 4PM.   If you require an arrival earlier than 4PM and you prefer immediate access to you room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access.  There can be no earlier check-in than 4PM. 

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11AM.  We ask that you respect our 11AM check-out time, as we need time to prepare our accommodations for incoming guests.  Should you have a late departure, luggage storage may be requested through the Front Desk.  A late check-out of 1PM can be purchased for a one time charge of $25.

Smoke Free Hotel
All of our 24 guestrooms are non-smoking rooms.  Smoking within the hotel is prohibited.  If you choose to smoke in your room a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your room bill.

Continental Breakfast
Our Continental Breakfast is served in the Moses Brown Room.  The Moses Brown Room opens at 7am and closes promptly at 10:00am. You must present your room key to be served.  A Non-guest Breakfast pass can be acquired at the Front Desk.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.  A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation and a credit card must be presented at check-in.
